Pumpkin pancakes according to Liza Hlinska's recipe
Pumpkin is a very healthy autumn product, rich in essential vitamins and minerals that are so necessary for the body, especially in the fall and winter. It's worth noting that it can be baked, added to pies, cooked porridge, and even made into drinks.
Culinary expert Liza Hlinska shared a recipe for delicious pumpkin pancakes on her YouTube channel, which, by the way, you may not have made before (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
Ingredients:
- pumpkin puree - 200 g
- flour - 80-100 g
- milk - 250 ml
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 30 g
- oil or butter - 30 ml
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
- Wash the pumpkin, peel off the hard skin, and cut it into small cubes, put it in a saucepan, cover it with water, and cook for about 15 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
- Transfer the cooked pumpkin to a blender and whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and pumpkin puree, add the flour, and salt, and mix well to avoid lumps.
- Then add the warm milk and mix well again.
- Finally, pour hot butter into the dough, mix, and fry the pancakes.
You can make a cottage cheese filling for the pancakes, it will be perfect.
