Pumpkin nutella: sharing a recipe for a healthy dessert
Nutella is an ideal paste for making delicious toast and can also be an alternative to cream when making cakes. It is worth noting that it can be made from healthy fruits, adding cocoa and, instead of sugar, dates.
Nutritionist Tetiana Lacusta shared on Instagram a recipe for a healthy pumpkin, banana, and nut paste nutella that you can quickly prepare at home.
Ingredients:
- banana - 1 pc.
- baked pumpkin - 5 tbsp.
- dates - 6 pcs.
- nut paste - 3 tbsp. l.
- cocoa - 4 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the pumpkin.
2. Pour boiling water over the dates and leave for a few minutes, then pit them.
3. Put all the ingredients in a blender, whisk until smooth, transfer to a suitable container and store in the refrigerator.
