  • pumpkin - 600 g
  • green onions - 2 pcs
  • chili pepper - 1 pc
  • eggs - 6 pcs
  • cottage cheese - 3 tbsp.

  • Parmesan cheese (can be replaced with another cheese) - 50 g
  • mixed seeds (you can add any) - 1 tbsp.
  • poppy seeds - 1 tbsp.

1. Peel the pumpkin and grate it on a fine grater. Finely chop green onions and chili and add to the pumpkin (set aside 1/2 of the pepper). Add eggs, cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
