  • Flour – 60 gr
  • Corn starch – 60 g
  • Milk – 300 ml
  • Pumpkin puree – 125 g
  • Butter – 40 ml

Ingredients for the cottage cheese filling

  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Sugar – 20 g
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Sour cream – 50 g
  • Raisins – 30 g

Ingredients for the apple filling

  • Apples – 200 g
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp.
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Sugar – 20 g
  • Corn starch – 5 g

Ingredients for the syrup

  • Orange – 2 pcs
  • Sugar – 40 g
  • Water – 75 ml

How to make crepes

1. Combine eggs, sugar, salt, flour, and starch (if the mixture is too thick, add a little milk.

2. Add the bulk of the milk, pumpkin puree, oil, and mix until smooth.

3. Fry the crepes on a well-heated frying pan on both sides without oil.

4. Cover the crepes with foil and let them cool.

1. Cut the peeled apples into cubes.

2. Add lemon juice, cinnamon and mix.

5. Remove and let cool completely.
