Ingredients
- Peeled pumpkin - 3 kg
- Orange - 3 pieces
- Lemon - 1 pc
- Sugar - 600 gr
- Citric acid - 10 g
The method of preparation
1. Combine pumpkin, zest from two oranges, diced 3 oranges and 1 lemon, sugar and citric acid in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Leave for 3 hours to marinate. You can leave it overnight. Stir from time to time.
3. Put the marinated pumpkin in jars.
4. Sterilize for 30 minutes and close the lids.
5. Turn the jars over, cover with a warm towel and leave to cool completely.
