- Pumpkin
- Red onion - 1 pc
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Cherry tomatoes - 300 gr
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried tomatoes
- Cream - 200 ml
- Broth - 300 ml
- Pumpkin and sesame seeds - for serving
Method of preparation
1. Bake the pumpkin and vegetables for 40-50 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
