A food blogger with the nickname ksy.gapin shared on Instagram what unusual dish she likes to use pumpkin in. It turned out to be a cottage cheese casserole, which becomes even tastier if you add this bright fruit to it.
Ingredients for the cheese base
- Cottage cheese - 500 gr
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Starch - 2 tbsp
- Poppy seeds - 1-1.5 tbsp
- Sugar - 100 g
Ingredients for the pumpkin base
- Pumpkin puree - 500 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Starch - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 50-70 g
Ingredients for the filling
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Pumpkin puree - 100 g
Method of preparation.
1. Add eggs and starch to the pumpkin puree. Stir to combine. The pumpkin base is ready.
2. Prepare the curd base. Mix all the ingredients and beat with a blender.
3. Cover the baking dish with parchment and grease it with oil.
4. Spread the base on a tablespoon in the center of the mold, then tap it on the table a little to spread it evenly.
5. Bake at 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
6. Mix the pumpkin puree with sour cream.
7. Take the casserole out of the oven, pour over the filling, and put it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
