Oleksandr Hromliuk shared an exclusive recipe for the most delicious pumpkin pancakes with carrot and sour cream sauce, the taste of which will definitely surprise you, with FoodOboz.

"Autumn gives us a wonderful local product, so why not make sweet pumpkin pancakes with a light crust, the taste of which will be remembered for a long time," Oleksandr explained his choice of vegetables.

Ingredients:

For the pancakes:

  • pumpkin - 300 g
  • egg - 1 pc
  • onion - 30 g
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • flour - 40 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • oil - 1-2 tbsp

For the sauce:

  • carrots - 60 g
  • sour cream - 100 g
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.

2. Grate the onion on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice completely. Then add it to the pumpkin.

3. Squeeze the garlic and add to the mixture along with the egg and flour. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Heat a frying pan, add oil, spoon the pancakes and fry on both sides until crispy.

5. For the sauce, boil the carrots and beat them with a blender until smooth. Cool the mixture completely and mix with sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

"For decoration, make a mini salad of bell peppers, onions and arugula, it will be incredibly tasty!" recommends Oleksandr.
