Puffy omelet without eggs and milk for a quick breakfast
The simplest, tastiest, and healthiest breakfast options are egg dishes, including omelets, scrambled eggs, or poached eggs. They all go perfectly with fish and vegetables.
Cook Inna Levenets shared a recipe for a delicious and original omelet without milk and eggs that takes only 10 minutes to make on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chickpea flour - 50 g
- curry powder - 1/4 tsp.
- water - 50 ml
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
- mushrooms - 3-4 pcs.
- pepper - 1 pc.
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- garlic - 1 clove.
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour with baking powder, salt, and curry and add water. If the mixture is too thick, add more water.
2. Heat a frying pan and add oil.
3. Cut the onion and pepper into rings and chop the garlic.
4. Fry the vegetables until golden brown and pour the egg mixture on top. Be sure to cover.
5. When the omelet is set, turn it over to the other side and fry well for 2-3 minutes.
6. Put the finished omelet on a plate, sprinkle with dried Provence herbs, and eat it with fresh vegetables, herbs, and various sauces.
