  • pressed yeast - 25 g
  • sugar - 1.5 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • warm water - 100 g
  • warm milk - 220 g

  • oil - 45 g
  • flour - 550-570 g

Method of preparation:

1. Grind yeast in a bowl. Add salt, sugar, milk, water, oil, and butter. Mix.

2. Gradually add flour in parts and knead the dough.

3. Knead it very well to make the future buns tender and soft.

4. Cover and leave for 1-1.5 hours. The dough should double in size.

5. After that, divide into 15 pieces of 70 g each, form balls, put on parchment, press lightly, and make a slightly flat piece.

7. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
