2. Beat cottage cheese, yolks, sour cream, starch, lemon zest, and vanilla in a blender until smooth.

3. Beat the whites with salt until thick foam.

4. Add honey and beat until soft peaks form.

5. Add the whites to the curd mass in 3 batches and mix gently.

6. Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment paper.
