Therefore, today the editors of FoodOboz share a variant of cooking a loose biscuit brownie, which can be made with a whisk, if you have gas.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g butter
  • 400 ml milk
  • 60 g cocoa
  • 300 g flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tsp vinegar

Method of preparation:

1. Mix flour, cocoa, sugar, salt. Add the baking powder, mix.

2. Add milk and eggs to the mixture, blend.

3. Add baking soda with vinegar, mix.

4. Cream and butter at the end.

5. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

6. Bake at 150 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

7. Check for doneness with a toothpick.

8. Leave to cool completely, drizzle with glaze.
