The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and easy-to-prepare puff pastry pie with hard cheese and fresh spinach.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of puff pastry yeast dough
- 75 g of fresh spinach
- 160 g of hard cheese
- 2 eggs + 1 for greasing
- salt, sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Roll out the dough.
2. Mix the spinach, grated cheese and eggs.
3. Put the filling, cover with the second piece of dough, make cuts on top, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
The pie will be delicious cold and hot!
