Ingredients:
- unleavened puff pastry - 2 sheets
- potatoes - 1 kg
- eggs - 2 pcs
- 20% cream - 100 ml
- onion - 1 pc
- cheese - 200 g
- parsley - 3 sprigs
- flour - 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes and onions into thin slices.
2. Wash the parsley and chop it.
3. Grate the cheese.
4. Roll out the dough.
5. Beat eggs with cream, salt, pepper, add flour, and mix.
6. Put the parchment in the mold, then add the filling and the egg mixture.
7. Gather the edges of the pie in the center and cover with foil.
8. Bake at 180°C for 1.5 hour.
