- Mushrooms - 250 gr

- Egg yolk - 1 pc
Method of preparation
1.Defrost the dough according to the instructions on the package.
2. Fry the onion sliced in half rings in butter and add the sliced mushrooms.
3. Fry for 7-8 minutes until golden, then add salt, pepper and herbs.
4. Make shallow slits in the edges of the dough, mash the middle with cottage cheese and spread the mushroom filling.
5. Brush the edges of the dough with egg yolk.
6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
