This spectacular appetizer impresses with its appearance, ease of preparation, and great taste and can be a bright addition to your holiday table.

Recipe for mussels from prunes

Ingredients:

  • prunes - 150 g
  • boiled egg yolk - 1 pc.
  • cottage cheese - 50 g
  • walnuts - 25 g
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • parsley - 2 sprigs

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the boiled egg yolk by mashing it with a fork.

2. Finely grate the cheese, and combine everything in one bowl.

5. Put the prepared mixture into large prunes, previously washed, and cut in half.
