Prune mussels: how to make an unusual and spectacular appetizer
These mussels have nothing to do with the taste of seafood, but they look very similar to a clam. The base is prunes, which not only go well with many ingredients but are also very healthy. This spectacular appetizer impresses with its appearance, ease of preparation, and great taste and can be a bright addition to your holiday table.

Ingredients:
- prunes - 150 g
- boiled egg yolk - 1 pc.
- cottage cheese - 50 g
- walnuts - 25 g
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- garlic - 1 clove
- parsley - 2 sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the boiled egg yolk by mashing it with a fork.
2. Finely grate the cheese, and combine everything in one bowl.
3. Add the roasted and chopped walnuts, parsley, and a clove of garlic.
4. Season with mayonnaise and mix.
5. Put the prepared mixture into large prunes, previously washed, and cut in half.
6. If the prunes are dry, you need to steam them in advance.
