The cook shared a recipe for delicious potatoes with herring, onions, and eggs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Herring – 250 g
- Onion – 30 g
- Egg – 1 pc
- Sweet bun – 30 g
- Cream – 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Forshmak: boil the egg, the yolk should remain liquid! Soak the bun in cream. Put everything in a blender: onion, soaked bun, egg, and half of the herring. Blend until smooth.
2. Cut the rest of the herring with a knife. Cut it into a porridge and add to the forshmak. Stir and let cool, add pepper.
3. Wash the potatoes, brush with oil, and bake in foil at 200 for about 1.5-2 hours. Remove and let cool slightly, cut in half, but not all the way through, and scoop out the middle with a spoon. Add butter and salt to this potato mixture, mix with a fork, and put back. Put the filling on top.
