Potatoes in sour cream like new: cook before the season starts
The potatoes have only recently been planted, so the harvest will not be here soon. But if you really want delicious potatoes, you can use last year's vegetable. You just need to cook them properly, adding sour cream and lots of herbs.
The idea of cooking delicious potatoes in sour cream was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname ann_.and_.food. There is no need to peel the vegetable.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 kg
- sour cream 150 g
- garlic to taste
- butter 50 g
- dill
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and cut the potatoes into halves.
2. If large, cut into quarters.
3. Boil until tender, adding salt.
4. Put the potatoes in the frying pan.
5. Add butter, garlic, salt, sour cream.
6. Cook under the lid for 5 minutes.
7. Add the dill.
