1. With mushrooms

Zrazy with mushrooms.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 2-3 pcs
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • mushrooms - 500 g
  • onion - 2 pcs
  • butter - 30 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • bay leaf - 1 pc

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash, peel and boil the potatoes. Mash them.
  2. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown together with the chopped onion.
  3. Add the egg, salt, pepper, flour, and butter to the mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly to make a good dough.
  4. Use your hands to form zrzy, put a spoonful of mushroom filling inside, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil until tender.

Serve the dish hot, with sour cream and herbs.

2. With meat

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 4-5 pcs
  • flour - 1-2 tbsp
  • onion - 2 pcs
  • any minced meat - 300 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • oil - 2-3 tbsp
  • butter - 30 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes, mash them well, add a little salt, egg, flour, and butter and mix thoroughly.
  2. Fry the minced meat well with onion in vegetable oil, salt and pepper, and cover for 5 minutes to let it release the juice.
  3. Use your hands to form zrazy, put the minced meat inside, roll in flour and fry.

It is better to eat the dish hot. It will also be very tasty with fresh vegetables.

3. With cabbage

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 4-5 pcs
  • egg - 1 pc
  • flour - 1-2 tbsp
  • cabbage - 1/2 pc
  • onion - 1 pc
  • oil - 1-3 tbsp
  • butter - 40 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them.
  2. Add butter, salt, pepper, egg, and flour, and mix everything thoroughly to make the dough smooth.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  4. Chop the cabbage and fry it with the onion in vegetable oil.
  5. Dust your hands with flour, form zrazy, put the cabbage inside and fry in oil.

You can eat the dish both hot and cold. It will be equally delicious.
