- potatoes - 400 g
- flour - 100-150 g
- chicken liver - 250 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- vegetable oil - 2-4 tbsp.
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes, mash them, and let them cool.
2. Add flour, egg, pepper, andd salt. Mix.
3. For the filling, rinse the chicken liver, remove the fat, peel, and cut it randomly.
4. Dice the onion.
5. First, fry the onion in a pan in oil for about 5 minutes, then add the liver and cook for another 15 minutes until tender.
6. Finally, sprinkle the mixture with salt and ground pepper and mix.
7. Cool the liver with onions a little and then pass through a meat grinder or grind with a blender.
8. Divide the potato mass into equal balls, fill them with liver, and fry.
Ready-made zrazy are best served hot with sour cream.
