Potato zrazy in a new way: what to add to the dough

Zrazy is a very tasty and satisfying potato dish that is always prepared with a filling: cabbage or meat. But very often zrazy turn out to be clogged with flour and dark in color.
Cook Valentyna Saienko shared a recipe for delicious zrazy, the dough for which will be soft and not clogged, on Instagram.
The mashed potatoes must be dry. Be sure to add butter to the mashed potatoes too.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 500 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 70-90 g
- butter - 50 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Filling:
- cabbage/mushrooms/meat
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skin until tender. Then peel them, add butter, salt, and pepper and mash.
2. Add the egg, flour and spices to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
3. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts and place on a floured board.
4. Make a flat cake from each part, put the filling and pinch the edges well to prevent the filling from falling out.
5. Be sure to roll the zrazy in flour and fry.
Serve zrazy with sour cream or mushroom sauce!
