Potato salad with an unusual dressing: we share an original recipe for a hearty dish
Baby potatoes can be boiled, stewed, baked, and used to make delicious and satisfying salads.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious, hearty, and easy-to-prepare potato salad on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- New potatoes - 8 pcs.
Dressing:
- sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- mustard in grains - 1/2 tbsp.
- cucumber - 1 pc.
- purple onion - 1 pc.
- herbs (parsley + dill)
- lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, peel, and boil the potatoes. Then put them on parchment, flatten each one, and bake for 10 minutes at 200 C.
2. Mix everything for the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the potatoes, toss and serve.
