  • raw potatoes - 4 pcs
  • onion - 1 pc
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp
  • cheese - 80-100 g
  • salt, pepper
How to cook pancakes in a new way

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and grate the potatoes on a fine grater. Then squeeze the potato mass from moisture.

2. Grate or chop the garlic and onion, then mix with the potatoes, sour cream, cheese and egg. Mix well.

3. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.

4. Fry the potato pancakes in a preheated frying pan until cooked.
