Recipe for hearty potato pancakes

Ingredients:
- boiled potatoes - 450 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- oil - 3 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- flour - 150 g
- milk - 600 ml
- salt and pepper - to taste
- sausage - 100 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
- some herbs
Making dough
Method of preparation:
1. Add eggs, oil, sugar, flour, salt, pepper and 250 ml of milk to the boiled and cooled potatoes.

2. Beat with a blender until smooth.

4. Add the grated sausage, cheese and herbs.
5. Fry in a pancake pan.
