  • Potatoes – 5 pcs
  • Minced beef – 350 g
Minced meat for stuffing
  • Onion – 1 pc
  • Bell pepper - 1 pc
Yellow and red bell peppers
  • Tomato – 1 pc
  • Tomato paste –1 tbsp
  • Mushrooms – 5 pcs
Mushrooms for the filling
  • Mozzarella – 200 gr
  • Milk – 400 ml
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Flour – 1.5 tbsp
  • Nutmeg/salt/pepper – to taste
  • Oil – 1-2 tbsp
  • Any greens – a bunch

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.

2. Rinse with water, dry, and fry in small portions in vegetable oil until tender.

3. Bechamel sauce: melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add the flour, fry, and gradually pour in the milk, mix well.

4. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg, stir and cook the sauce for about 2-3 minutes.

5. Fill: dice the onion and fry, add the minced meat, pepper, tomato paste, tomatoes, spices, and a little water and simmer under the lid until tender.

7. Pour the prepared sauce over the dish.
