Pork ribs that melt in your mouth: how to cook a spicy dish at home correctly and deliciously
Pork ribs are a tasty and very satisfying meat product that is easy to prepare, just marinate them well and simmer in the oven for a long time. This way they will just melt in your mouth. It will be delicious with spicy and sweet sauces.
Chef Valerii Ponomar shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, juicy, and very spicy pork ribs that you can easily cook in the oven.
Ingredients:
- Pork ribs – 2 kg
- Black pepper – 1 tsp.
- Dry adjika – 2 tbsp.
- Salt – 2 tsp.
- Pomegranate juice – 2 tbsp.
- Honey – 1 tbsp.
- Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp.
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the film from the ribs.
2. Combine black pepper, salt, and dry adjika in a mortar, grind well in a mortar, mix, and sprinkle the meat with the mixture.
3. Put it in parchment, then in foil and on a baking sheet. Put in the oven and bake for 2 hours at 160°C.
4. In a bowl, combine pomegranate juice, honey, olive oil, and tomato sauce and mix well with a spoon.
5. Take the ribs out of the oven, unwrap them, brush them with the sauce, and return them to the oven for a few minutes to brown them.
It will be very tasty and satisfying! You can serve it with different sauces and fresh vegetables!
