Ingredients
- Pork neck - 1 kg
- Water - 500 ml
- Soy sauce - 250 ml
- Oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Mix water at room temperature, soy sauce and aromatic oil.
2. Cut the pork into slices and pour the marinade over them, it should completely cover the pieces of meat.
3. Refrigerate for 10-12 hours.
4. Fry until cooked. Meat marinated with this marinade tastes best when cooked over a fire. However, if this is not possible, you can use the oven.
