Popular Broken Glass dessert: how to pour jelly properly

Ingredients:
- jelly (different flavors) - 3 packs
- sour cream - 500 g
- gelatin - 25 g (1 pack)
- sugar
- water - 130-150 ml
- vanilla - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the jelly according to the proportions indicated on the package.
2. Pour into 3 different molds and refrigerate until completely set (3-3.5 hours)

3. When the mass is completely frozen, proceed with the gelatin.
4. Pour warm, boiled water over it, leave for 5 minutes, and stir until it dissolves completely. If it doesn't work, you can heat the mixture in a water bath.
5. Take out the jelly, cut into random pieces, and mix all 3 colors together.
6. Whip the sour cream with sugar and vanilla until the sugar is completely dissolved.
7. Pour in the gelatin while whisking.

8. Add the jelly, mix well and pour into the mold.
9. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
10. Decorate the finished dessert as desired.
11. Add sugar to taste. The average amount is 80-100 g.
