Pollock will never be dry again: how to cook the fish properly
Pollock is considered a rather dietary fish. Therefore, the product often turns out dry when cooked. But to make the dish juicy, healthy, and delicious, you need to choose the right marinade.

Ingredients:
- pollock - 1 pc.
- basil (dry) - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- milk - 500 ml
- eggs - 1 pc.
- flour - 4 tbsp
- semolina - 2 tbsp
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and clean the fish and cut it into portions.
2. Add basil and black pepper.
3. Add milk.
4. Leave to marinate for one hour.
5. Drain the marinade. Add egg.
6. Add salt and 2 tablespoons of flour.
7. Mix everything well.
8. Heat a frying pan and add oil.
9. Prepare a breading mixture of flour and semolina.
10. Roll each piece in it.
11. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
