Pollock in spicy sauce: how to cook flavorful and tender fish in the oven

Ingredients:
- pollock - 1 kg
- processed cheese - 100 g
- cream 20% - 100 ml
- garlic - 2 cloves
- juice of 1\4 lemon
- sweet paprika - 1 tsp.
- onion - 1 pc.
- pepper mixture - 1\4 tsp.
- ginger powder - 1\4 tsp.
- chili pepper - 1\4 tsp.
- coriander - 1\4 tsp.
- fenugreek - 1\8 tsp.
- cumin - 1\4 tsp.
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the fish. To do this, clean it and remove the bones if desired. Cut it into pieces.
2. Cut the onion into half rings. Put it on the bottom of the baking dish.
3. Season the fish with salt and lemon juice. Put it on the onion.
4. Prepare the sauce. First, heat the processed cheese with cream. Bring almost to a boil, stirring constantly.
5. Add the squeezed garlic and all the spices. Stir to combine.
6. Pour the sauce over the fish.
7. Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
