1. Chicken fillet pizza without dough
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 300 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
- mushrooms - 5-7 pcs.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- sour cream - 1 tbsp
- tomato sauce - 1 tbsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- salt, a mixture of peppers - a pinch
- dill, parsley - 1 bunch
Method of preparation:
- Wash the fillet well, cut it into pieces, and send it to a blender, add salt, pepper, and egg and beat well until smooth.
- Carefully spread the minced meat in an even layer on a baking sheet with parchment.
- Chop the tomatoes, and mushrooms, and grate the cheese.
- Brush the minced meat with sour cream and tomato sauce, put tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheese, and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
- Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 C. Cook until golden brown.
2. Pizza without dough and meat
Ingredients:
- onions - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- red bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 5 pcs.
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Peel and chop the onion, peel the seeds from the pepper, cut it into half rings, and fry everything well over medium heat until tender.
- Put the cooked, soft vegetables in a baking dish.
- Beat the eggs with salt and pour over the vegetables.
- Cut the tomatoes into rings and place on top, grate the cheese, sprinkle generously over the tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 150 C until tender.
Pizza with cauliflower flowers
Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 300 g
- hard cheese - 200 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- chicken breasts - 150 g
- cherry tomatoes - 4-6 pcs.
- mushrooms - 5-6 pcs.
- salt - 10 g
- tomato sauce - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Boil the breast and cauliflower until tender, cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, and put in a blender. Blend until smooth, but not too runny.
- Grate the cheese, mix with the eggs, add to the cabbage and chicken mixture, and mix well.
- Cover the baking dish with parchment, put the resulting dough, brush with tomato sauce, and top with chopped tomatoes and mushrooms.
- Put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 170 C, take out the pizza, sprinkle with more cheese, and leave it in the hot oven for 5-7 minutes.
