Pizza with cheese on yeast dough for a hearty dinner: share recipe
If you want to quickly prepare a hearty and tasty dish for dinner, a great option for this will be pizza. It can be made on different doughs, with different toppings and even without flour.
Foodblogger Kateryna Mull shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty pizza with cheese on yeast dough, which you will prepare in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- warm water - 200 ml
- wheat flour - 350-400 g
- fresh yeast - 25 g
- dry yeast - 11 g
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Filling:
- tomato paste -1-2 tbsp.
- tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- olives - a handful
- arugula - 100 g
- jamon - 100 g
- hard cheese - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. In warm but not hot water add sugar, salt, yeast and stir well.
2. Sift the flour and stir everything with a whisk, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
3. Line a baking tray with parchment, pour olive oil on your hands, divide the dough in half and use your hands to spread two pizza crusts.
4. Grease the dough with tomato paste, sprinkle with cheese, arrange tomatoes and olives.
5. Send the ready pizza to the oven for 7-9 minutes at 220 C.
Sprinkle the finished pizza after baking with Italian herbs and lay out the greens with the meat, sprinkle with parmesan.
