If you want to make a tasty and satisfying snack dish, use pita bread, and if you add cheese, vegetables, and mushrooms to it, you will get a very satisfying and quick dish.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious pita bread roll with zucchini filling on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini – 500 g
  • Chicken ham (or baked fillet) – 200 g
  • Thin pita bread – 150 g
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Onion – 50 g
  • Salt, spices – to taste
  • Oil – 2 g

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the zucchini, and squeeze it out. Finely chop the onion. Cheese on a grater.

2. Fry the onion in a drop of oil until golden brown, add the zucchini and spices, and cook for another 5 minutes.

3. Put the ham or meat on the pita bread, spread the fried zucchini evenly, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll up the pita bread and brush with egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

4. Cook in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 190°C.
