Ingredients:

  • Minced meat - 500 gr
  • Water - 150 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley or cilantro
  • Onions - 2 pcs
  • Hard cheese - 200 gr
  • Round pita bread - 8-10 pieces
  • Oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Add grated or blended onion, chopped herbs, salt, pepper, and water to the minced meat.

2. Immerse the pita bread completely in water for 2 seconds until softened.

3. Put the minced meat on one half of the pita bread, grated cheese on top, and cover with the other half. Press the edges well.
