Pies in the oven in 15 minutes: a recipe for perfect yeast dough
When making homemade pies, the most important thing is to make a good dough, which determines the taste and shelf life of the bakery product. The filling can be anything: salty or sweet.
One of the culinary blogs (lvivski.recipes) on Instagram published a recipe for homemade buttery pies with mushrooms and cheese, based on the simplest yeast dough that can be made with water or milk.
Ingredients:
Dough:
- flour - 600 g
- dry yeast - 6 g
- sugar - 40 g
- salt - 10 g
- vegetable/ sunflower oil - 90 ml
- eggs - 3 pcs
- milk\water - 100 ml
The filling:
- mushrooms - 400 g
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 3 cloves
- hard cheese - 150 g
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. To prepare the dough, mix the yeast with flour, add sugar, salt, eggs, milk, mix thoroughly. Add vegetable oil and knead the elastic dough. Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Grate the cheese, cut the rest of the ingredients into cubes and fry together until tender. Add salt and spices.
3. Form patties with the filling from the finished dough. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
