Food blogger Volodymyr Yaroslavsky shared on Instagram how to make lightly salted cucumbers in 10 minutes. It turns out that there is nothing complicated about this process.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 700 g
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Dill - dill
- Garlic
- Vegetable oil
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Slider packet
How to cook
1.Cut the cucumbers into 4 pieces, place in a slider bag.
2. Add salt, chopped dill and garlic. Add parsley if desired.
3. Pour in the oil and close the bag. Shake well and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
4. If desired, you can also add chili pepper, cilantro, basil, soy sauce or sesame oil to the package.
