Pickled zucchini without sterilization: an easy recipe for a winter appetizer
Pickled zucchini is the best winter dish that can be prepared with spices, greens, and garlic. If you want the dish to be spicy, cooks advise adding ketchup or chili peppers.

Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1.8-2.0 kg
- Dill - a bunch
- Garlic - 10-12 cloves.
- Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
- Black peppercorns - 60 pcs.
Brine:
- Water - 1.5 l
- Sugar - 190 g
- Salt - 70 g
- Vinegar 9% - 190 ml
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and cut the zucchini into slices.
2. Put the dill, garlic and spices in the jars and top with the zucchini.
3. Bring the water to a boil and pour over the zucchini, leave to stand for 5-10 minutes, cover with lids. After that, drain the water and pour boiling water over it again, leave for 10 minutes and drain again.
4. Marinade: bring water with sugar and salt to a boil, turn off and pour in vinegar. Pour the marinade over the zucchini and close the lids tightly.
5. Turn the jars upside down and wrap them in a blanket.
