Food blogger Lisa Hlinska shared how to make pickled zucchini with garlic, which will be a great addition to fried meat, on Instagram. It turns out that they are no more difficult to prepare than ordinary cucumbers.
Ingredients
- zucchini - 1 kg
- salt - 1 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- garlic - 4-5 cloves
- dill
- bay leaf
- vinegar - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Take 2 small bags and put one in the other. Pre-wash the zucchini, cut them into 8 pieces and place them in the bag.
2. Chop the dill and garlic and add to the zucchini
3. Add bay leaf, salt, sugar and vinegar.
5. Stir. Leave in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours, stirring occasionally.
