Ingredients:

  • 2 kg of zucchini
  • 1 sweet pepper (preferably red)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 chili peppers
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 70 g of tomato paste
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 g of 9% vinegar
  • 50 g of salt

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the zucchini into long bars.
