Pickled tomatoes with spicy sauce: an original appetizer recipe in 10 minutes

The cook shared a recipe for delicious pickled tomatoes with garlic, herbs and bell peppers on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes 5-7 pcs.
- bell pepper 1/2
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- parsley
- salt/sugar - 1 tsp.
- black pepper - to taste
- oil - 1.5 tbsp
- vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and cut the tomatoes into slices.
2. Chop the peppers, put them in a blender, add the oil, salt, sugar, pepper, parsley, garlic and blend until smooth.
3. Put the tomatoes in a suitable bowl, add the sauce, mix and eat. It is better to put it in the refrigerator for a while.
