Pickled tomatoes in a day: we tell you how to cook correctly

Cook Victoria ( vika_tasty ) shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious pickled tomatoes that can be eaten in a day.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 5 kg
- garlic - in each tomato
- dill leaves, cherries, currants, horseradish
Marinade:
- water - 3 liters
- sugar - 1.5 cups
- vinegar - 1.5 cups
- salt - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the tomatoes, make cuts, and place the garlic slices in them.
2. Marinade: pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil, boil for 2-3 minutes, turn off, and let cool to room temperature.
3. Put the leaves on the bottom of the jar where the tomatoes will be fermented, put the tomatoes, and pour the marinade so that the top tomatoes are covered with liquid. Close the lids and wait for 1-1.5 days.
