Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 1250 g
- water - 500 g
- sugar - 50 g
- salt - 25 g
- garlic - 15 g
- 9% vinegar - 50 g
- parsley - 50 g
- chili pepper - 15 g
Method of preparation:
1. Make cuts on the tomatoes, put them in a bowl, pour boiling water over, leave for 1 minute, and then put immediately in cold water with ice.
