Ingredients for 1 liter
- Salt - 3 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Vinegar (preferably apple) - 1/3 part
The method of preparation
1. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
2. Put the onions in a 1 liter jar.
3. Add all the ingredients from the list directly to the jar.
4. Fill the jar to the brim with boiling water.
5. Close the jar with a lid and leave for 3-4 hours.
