Pickled champignons are a delicious and quick homemade appetizer. The main thing is to make a good marinade and choose the right spices. Ready-made champignons can be eaten right away or preserved for the winter.

The recipe for pickled champignons for the winter was published on one of the cooking blogs (vesela_mila) on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • champignons - 1 kg
  • water - 1 liter
  • salt - 2 tbsp
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • vinegar - 7 tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • black peppercorns - 6 pcs
  • allspice - 4 pcs
  • cloves - 2 pcs
  • dry grain mustard - 1 tsp
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the mushrooms and cut the garlic into thin slices.

2. Mix all the necessary ingredients in a saucepan and put on fire. After boiling, cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

3. Put the mushrooms into sterile jars, pour the marinade over, and close with the lids.
