Pickled mushrooms: the perfect appetizer for the Easter table
Very soon, Lent will end and Easter will come. Families will gather at one big festive table and try a variety of dishes.

The famous food blogger Olha Ryabenko has already thought about this issue, so she posted a recipe for marinated mushrooms on Instagram, which is the perfect snack for the Easter table.
Ingredients:
- Oyster mushrooms – 1 kg
- Water – 2 liters
- Garlic – 6 cloves
- Peppercorns –1 tbsp
- Allspice – 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf – 5 pieces
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 3 tbsp
- Vinegar – 150 ml
- Oil – 100 ml
- Onion – 1 pc
The method of preparation:
1. Add all the spices and chopped mushrooms to the water and put the pan on the fire.
2. After boiling, cook for 6 minutes.
3. Remove the foam and remove from the heat. Let it cool down.
4. Cut the onion into half rings and put it in a jar in layers: mushrooms – onions, and pour the marinade.
