Pickled hot peppers in honey: a recipe without cooking and sterilization

A blogger with the nickname bude_smachno_razom shared her recipe for hot pickled peppers in honey on TikTok. It turns out that this recipe requires neither cooking nor sterilization.
Ingredients
- Bitter pepper - 250-300 g
- Apple cider vinegar 6% - 250 ml
- Liquid honey - 4 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Rinse and cut the bitter pepper into portions. It is better to work with gloves.
2. Put the peppers in the jar, tamping them lightly.
3. Next, prepare the filling: dissolve the honey in apple cider vinegar, mix well and pour over the peppers.
4. Close the lid and leave at room temperature for a day.
5. Then store in the refrigerator or in a cold cellar.
