  • garlic shoots
  • carrots
  • dill

the marinade:

  • water - 1 liter
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • vinegar - 3 tbsp.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • mustard and coriander seeds - 10 g each

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the garlic shoots thoroughly and cut them into 8-10 centimeters long sticks.

2. Grate the carrots on a grater for Korean-style carrots.

3. Put the carrots and shoots in a clean and dry jar and top with dill bunches. Pour hot water over, cover with lids and leave for 10 minutes.

4. Next, drain the water from the jars into a saucepan. Put on the fire and bring to a boil. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, and mustard seeds to the boiling water. Stir and boil for several minutes.

5. Fill the jars with the hot marinade. Close the lids, turn them upside down, cover with something warm and leave them in this form until they cool completely.
