Pickled eggs with beets:
- red beets - 1 pc (cut into plates)
- water - 1 liter
- vinegar - 100-120 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 3 tbsp
- peppercorns and bay leaves
- mustard seeds - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the beets for about 20 minutes.
2. Give the rest of the ingredients
3. Boil for another 5 minutes.
Pickled eggs with sour cream:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup each of water and vinegar
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - 0.5 tbsp
- any spices
Method of preparation:
1. Let it boil for 10 minutes under the lid.
British pickled eggs
- water - 250 ml
- wine/apple cider vinegar - 250 ml
- sugar - 100 g
- salt - 1 tsp
- cinnamon sticks - 1/2 pc
- allspice - 1 tsp
- black peppercorns - 1 tsp
- garlic cloves - 2 pcs
