  • small hard cucumbers - 1 kg
  • carbonated mineral water without foreign odors - 1.5 liters
  • dill - a large bunch
  • garlic - 1 head
  • sea or rock salt, noniodized - 2-3 tbsp
  • hot pepper - 1 pc

Method of preparation.

1. Chop half a bunch of greens coarsely.

2. Put in a container and top with cucumbers.

3. Chop the garlic coarsely and add it to the cucumbers with the peel.

4. Add the cleaned pepper and cover with the second part of the dill.

5. Dissolve the salt in a separate bowl with mineral water and pour over the cucumbers. They should be completely covered.

6. Cover and refrigerate for a day. If left warm, you can eat them in the morning.
