Ingredients:

  • cherry tomatoes - 600 g
  • greens - a bunch
  • onion - 1 pc.
Fresh greens
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
Spice mix
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
  • apple cider vinegar - 2.5 tsp.
Sunflower oil
  • sunflower oil - 4 tbsp.
  • garlic - 3 cloves.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut tomatoes into 4 pieces and put them in a bowl or glass dish.

3. For the dressing, mix everything thoroughly.

5. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes, add the onion and herbs, mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 1 hour).
