Ingredients:
- cherry tomatoes - 600 g
- greens - a bunch
- onion - 1 pc.
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- black pepper - 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- apple cider vinegar - 2.5 tsp.
- sunflower oil - 4 tbsp.
- garlic - 3 cloves.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut tomatoes into 4 pieces and put them in a bowl or glass dish.
2. Cut onion into half rings.
3. For the dressing, mix everything thoroughly.
4. Chop greens.
5. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes, add the onion and herbs, mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 1 hour).
